How To Preview Windows When Using Alt+Tab?

We mostly use Alt+Tab combination to switch from one application to another, what if you have about ten internet explorer windows. It would be a real hectic job locating the application we want by just looking at the icon alone. Lets try to embed the screen shot of the application on to the Alt+Tab window.

You are flying blind when you are using Alt+Tab keys. You can’t see a window before switching to it. This will create problem for you when you have opened many windows in a program and you don’t know about that file which you will be switching to.
